Michael T. Sicoli
Chief Executive Officer

Michael T. Sicoli serves as Chief Executive Officer of Sidera Networks. Prior to this role, Mr. Sicoli served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for RCN Corporation from 2005–2010, where he played a lead role in establishing and executing the company’s strategy, driving revenue growth and significant margin expansion in the company’s core residential business, diversifying into the commercial fiber business through acquisitions and organic investments, improving the company’s capital structure through divestitures, a large recapitalization and share repurchases, and positioning the company to generate substantial free cash flow. In addition, Mr. Sicoli led the transaction to take RCN private in 2010, including the separation of its cable and fiber businesses, leading to the creation of Sidera Networks as a stand-alone company. Prior to joining RCN, Mr. Sicoli spent over seven years at Nextel, where he held a number of positions of increasing authority within the company’s finance organization, including his most recent position of Vice President & Assistant Treasurer, which he held beginning in 2002. From 1998-2002, Mr. Sicoli was instrumental in helping Nextel successfully plan for and manage acquisitions, network deployment, subscriber growth and margin expansion. From 2002-2005, he played a key role in Nextel’s dramatic capital structure transformation. Prior to joining Nextel, he worked for both Deloitte Consulting and Accenture in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Sicoli holds an M.B.A. from The University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, and a B.A. in Economics from The College of William and Mary.


Clint Heiden
President

Clint Heiden is President of Sidera Networks. Prior to joining Sidera Networks in 2011, he was President of PAETEC Fiber Services and National Accounts, where he led all efforts related to the company’s fiber operations and strategy for retaining and growing its largest accounts.  Mr. Heiden brings an entrepreneurial approach to business that is backed by nearly twenty years of executive experience within the telecom and Internet industries.  Mr. Heiden has held executive positions for companies such as Cable & Wireless America, Qwest, UUNET, Intellifiber and InterCon Systems.  

Mr. Heiden holds a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University.


Edward O'Hara
Chief Financial Officer

Edward J. O’Hara is Chief Financial Officer of Sidera Networks. Prior to this role, Mr. O’Hara served as Chief Financial Officer of the Residential and Business Services segment of RCN Corporation. His prior roles at RCN included Vice President and Treasurer and Director of Financial Planning. Prior to joining RCN, Mr. O’Hara served as a management consultant, Assistant Vice President with Putnam Investments and as an auditor with a Big 4 public accounting firm.

Mr. O’Hara holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.A. degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.


Paul Eskildsen
Senior Vice President & General Counsel

 

Paul Eskildsen is General Counsel of Sidera Networks. Prior to joining Sidera Networks and its predecessor RCN in 2007, he was Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of MCI, where he led and managed MCI's commercial law efforts, including M&A activity, customer contracting, marketing, product development, network and technology law, government contracts, intellectual property, advertising, real estate, antitrust and international law.  Mr. Eskildsen worked for MCI for 18 years and has over 20 years of telecommunications legal and regulatory experience.
 

Mr. Eskildsen holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina.


Patrick O’Hare
Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering

Patrick O’Hare is the Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Sidera Networks where he is responsible for engineering, operations, facilities, construction and service delivery.  Prior to this role, Mr. O’Hare was the Vice President of Field Operations for Zayo Bandwidth, where he was responsible for all aspects of field operations and the company’s fiber to the tower deployments.  Prior to that, Mr. O’Hare was Vice President for Field Operations for Level 3 Communications, where he was responsible for field operations across seventeen states and Eastern Canada.  During his tenure at Level3, Mr. O’Hare also held responsibility nationally for the company’s Customer Program Management organization and Critical Systems Maintenance programming.  Before joining Level 3 in 1999, he held several management positions of increasing responsibility in corporate communications, customer service and operations at Verizon’s predecessor companies; New York Telephone, NYNEX and Bell Atlantic.

Mr. O’Hare holds an M.B.A. from Long Island University and a B.S. degree from the State University of New York – University at Albany.


Lorin Dorco
Chief Technology Officer

Lorin Dorco serves as Chief Technology Officer of Sidera Networks where he is responsible for Sidera’s strategic technology plan and supporting the development of next generation products and services. Prior to this role, Mr. Dorco served as Regional Director of Sales at RCN Metro Optical Networks, where he was responsible for the Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. enterprise sales teams. Prior to this role, Mr. Dorco held several positions of increasing responsibility at both RCN and RCN Metro Optical Networks, in the sales and operations organizations, primarily focused on the development of the Chicago market.

Mr. Dorco holds a B.F.A. from The Art Institute of Chicago.


Christopher Lowe
Vice President of Information Technology

Christopher Lowe is Vice President of Information Technology at Sidera Networks where he is responsible for the development and management of all BSS/OSS systems and corporate networking and infrastructure.  He began his career as a statistician for MCI and then NEON Communications creating analyses of optical switch data and developing applications to run and manage business processes. Since 2003, Lowe has been in charge of the IS/IT department for NEON Communications, Globix Corporation, RCN Metro, and Sidera Networks.

Mr. Lowe holds a M.S. in Applied Statistics and Client Server Technology Certification from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Mathematics from Elizatbethtown College.


Amy Long
Senior Director of Human Resources

Amy Long is the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Sidera Networks.  An accomplished Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry, Ms. Long has proven success with recruitment, training, business partnership, communications, performance management and organizational development.  Ms. Long has worked in both national and global capacities for companies such as Level 3 Communications and TATA Communications and has deep experience in managing Human Resource requirements during mergers and acquisitions. 

Ms. Long holds a B.B.A. from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
